We make no guarantees, promises, or warranties—express or implied—regarding specific physical, emotional, or mental health outcomes resulting from the use of this program. Because all products within the Unbound suite are delivered digitally and cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
If you are provided with login credentials to access a member portal or course platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Unbound programs immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Content and any associated materials will cease immediately. Sections which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after any termination of your access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the creator be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the program.
In any event, our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creator operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction. You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it shall be permanently barred.
